An Enhanced Algorithm of Improved Response Time of ITS-G5 Protocol

This research article proposes an algorithm for improving the ITS-G5 protocol, which addresses issue of response time. The includes integration Dijkstra's to prioritize shorter paths message transmission, resulting in reduced delays. initial protocol is presented, followed by modified that incorporates algorithm. utilizes a node-based approach and implements find shortest path between two nodes. evaluated scenario involving 20 vehicles, where each vehicle has its own message. results show improved communication efficiency time compared original protocol.
